asked the Secretary of State for the Environment in what section of the National Travel Survey 1972/73 the information referred to in reply to a parliamentary Question on Friday, 21st May from the hon. Member for Gravesend is contained.

In accordance with precedents, the results of the National Travel Survey 1972–73 will not be published in their entirety. The information referred to in my answer of 21st May to my hon. Friend—[Vol. 911, c.763–4.]—may be inferred from data which is published in summary form in Table 10 of paper 2 of Volume 2 of the Transport Policy Consultation Document. The detailed data from which Table 10 was compiled is available on request from this Department.
