§ Mr. Wigleyasked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will circulate the local authorities in Wales to draw their attention to his powers under the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1967 to authorise variations from the Road Sign Regulations of 1975, and thereby authorise, if he deems appropriate, any bilingual road traffic signs in addition to the 24 specified in the 1975 Regulations.
