§ Dr. GilbertThe Government's views on the future for modes of transport other than conventional road and rail transport were set out in Chapter II of the Consultation Document on Transport Policy, Any relevant comments on this part of the document will receive careful consideration. As far as BACAT is concerned, I regret that this service did not have a chance to prove its potential.
