§ Mr. Leadbitterasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will make a statement in connection with any investigations being carried out in respect of the behaviour of Mr. J. L. Russouw, a Second Secretary in the South African Embassy in London, and any British citizens who have been in contact with him on any matters involving in any way the House of Commons.
