§ Mr. John GrantPreliminary indications are that the number of people willing to take up sheltered employment in the Caernarvon area falls short of the number required for a viable workshop. The provision would in any event also depend on the availability of funds and the competing claims for workshops in other areas. However, the need for a sheltered workshop in the area will be kept under review.
