BrownWhere a local authority secures standard rent income in 1976–77 which exceeds the rent income which would have been derived from the frozen rent levels at 15th May 1975 by 70p per week per house on average over the whole year, rent limitation subsidy, under the Remuneration, Charges and Grants Act 1975, is payable at a rate of 40p per week per house for the whole year.
