§ Mr. Patrick Jenkinasked the Secretary of State for Social Services what consideration he has given to increasing the range of advice available to him on matters concerning the work of medical laboratories by nominating one or more members of the Institute of Medical Laboratory Sciences as advisers in addition to the consultant pathologists who already advise him on such matters.
§ Mr. EnnalsArrangements for securing advice from the institute, which has always been most co-operative, are flexible. They are kept under review, but I have at present no plans formally to appoint members of the institute as advisers.
