asked the Prime Minister what are his current criteria for making a ministerial broadcast.

The criteria for broadcasts of this kind, which were agreed between the broadcasting authorities and the main political parties, remain unchanged. They areTo provide information or explanation of events of prime national or international importance or to seek the co-operation of the public in connection with such events.
