§ Mr. VarleyI am pleased to announce that Sir George Leitch, KCB, former Chief Executive of the Procurement Executive at the Ministry of Defence, will be appointed to the Chairmanship from 1st July 1976. Sir Edouard Grundy is to retire on 30th June after serving as Chairman from 9th February 1968, the longest period for any occupant of this post.
