§ Mr. Robert SheldonThe United Kingdom standby, which we recently drew, was agreed on the basis of the letters my right hon. Friend wrote to the Managing Director of the IMF on 18th December 1975. He placed a copy of the letters in the Library following a question from my hon. Friend, the Member for Bradford, South (Mr. Torney) on 13th January.
