§ Mr. PrenticeThe British Government gave £250,000 to the joint UNHCR/ UNICEF emergency programme for Indo-China and £150,000 to the UNHCR programme for refugees outside Indo-China in 1975, and we continue to make regular contributions to the UNHCR budget. We have no plans at present for making another special contribution to this UNHCR programme.
