asked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will place in the Library a copy of the Hall Report on railway-road conversions and state the cost to public funds of this report.

The report has been published by Reading University and I have arranged for a copy to be placed in the library later this week. The estimated cost of the work is £8,938.
