Mr. Litterick

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will publish in the Official Report an itemised list of the 20 offences against prison rules proved against Mr. Dennis Warren which resulted in forfeiture of remission of sentence together with the period of forfeiture for each offence.

Mr. Warren has served 729 days of a sentence of 1,096 days.
