§ Mr. Clinton DavisThe number of staff employed in Companies Registration Office, including the Register of Business Names, is expected to be reduced by the completion of the modernisation and dispersal programme from the present total of 1,363 to 1,100, of whom 850 will be in Cardiff. The estimated total cost of the move, including the microfilming of company records, is £7.5 million.
