§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Prime Minister whether he will seek to extend the Register of Members' Interests to include civil servants and Members of the House of Lords.
§ The Prime MinisterSo far as civil servants are concerned there is the Royal Commission on Standards of Conduct in Public Life and I think we should await its report. As regards the House of Lords, this is a matter for that House.
