§ 44. Mr. Roseasked the Secretary of State for Defence whether, in the light of the document submitted to him by the hon. Member for Manchester, Blackley he will ensure that the Institute for the Study of Conflict will not in future be commissioned or employed by his Department for lecturing and other purposes.
