HC Deb 30 March 1976 vol 908 c422W
Mr. Richard Wainwright

asked the Secretary of State for Trade if he will list in the Official Report all anti-dumping actions his Department has taken during the last two years, indicating which Orders are still in force and the respective industries concerned.

Mr. Shore

The following anti-dumping duties or provisional charges to duty have been imposed in the last two years.

Industry Country of Origin
Wooden doors and panels, wholly or partly louvred Taiwan.
Wood chipboard Romania, Norway, Sweden.
Saccharin or its salts Japan, Republic of Korea.

Of these the duties on wood chipboard have been revoked.

This information does not however include all the anti-dumping action taken by my Department during the period in question. Many successful anti-dumping applications result in agreements to increase prices and I would refer the hon. Member to the answer given to the hon. Member from Faversham (Mr. Moate) on 5th March.—[Official Report, c. 799.]
