§ Mr. Harold WalkerI am informed by the Chairman of the Health and Safety Commission that the number of offences which resulted in prosecutions by the Health and Safety Executive since it was set up on 1st January 1975 is 3,300. The number of these that resulted in convictions is 3,057.
§ Mr. Douglas-Mannasked the Secretary of State for Employment whether he will list orders made under the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act and those that he intends to lay before Parliament in the present Session.

It is anticipated that an Order-in-Council, under Section 84(3), will be laid in the present Session extending the application of Parts I, II and IV of the 1974 Act to territorial waters around Great Britain in respect of certain specified activities.
