§ Mr. StrangAs my right hon. Friend said in his statement on 8th March—[Vol. 907, c. 32.]—we propose, subject to the approval of the House, to increase certain rates of capital grant to encourage the better use and conservation of grass. The Agricultural Development and Advisory Service also has an advisory campaign in progress.
