§ Mr. PeartAs set out in the Annual Review White Paper, a further increase in new investment is estimated to have occurred in 1975. Total gross capital formation in landlord and tenant-type physical assets together is provisionally estimated to be £1,010 million in 1975 compared with £957 million in 1974.
