§ Mr. MarksInformation about the number of permits issued to hauliers whose registered offices are in particular 123W parts of the United Kingdom could only be obtained at disproportionate cost. Hauliers may, of course, use permits from any base in the United Kingdom irrespective of the address from which application was made.
