§ Mr. George Cunninghamasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department in respect of how many sets of circumstances the orders and regulations of the Metropolitan Police, as approved by the Home Secretary under the Act of 1829, give guidance to police commanders that prosecutions should not be brought, comparable to that given with regard to events arising from neighbours' feuds.
