Members I received a copy of a Press statement released by the Scottish District Council of the League about the effects of the White Paper proposals. From inquiries I understand that588W the cuts in services to the blind referred to in the Press stataement were, in fact, simply options being considered by a particular regional council, none of which was adopted.
