§ Mr. Arthur Bottomleyasked the Attorney-General whether rules have yet been made under the Litigants in Person (Costs and Expenses) Act 1975; and on what date it is expected to bring the Act into force.
§ The Attorney-GeneralThe Supreme and County Court Rule Committees have now made rules for this Act and they will be published tomorrow. It is intended to bring the Act into operation for civil proceedings in the High Court, county courts and, as respects proceedings in England and Wales, the Lands Tribunal, on 1st April 1976.
