Frank McCoy, Thomas Patrick Cooney, Patricia Moohen, Harry Sterling, John Joseph Stipanovsky and James Spencer: conspiracy to cheat and defraud.
John Francis Carroll McLaughlin: endeavouring to obtain property on a forged instrument and handling stolen goods.
Leslie Holmes: attempted obtaining property by deception.
