§ Mr. ArmstrongThe Department's latest relets survey indicates that on 31st December 1974 about half of 1 per cent, of council dwellings held in housing revenue accounts in England were vacant and available for letting. About a further 609W three-quarters of 1 per cent, were undergoing modernisation, repair, or conversion. Information is based on a sample. The questionnaires sent to local authorities state that the results for individual authorities will not be published separately.
