§ Mr. Gowasked the Minister for the Civil Service if he will publish details of the criteria used in deciding whether or not to reveal salaries of individual special advisers, in view of the revelation of the Chancellor of the Exchequer that the salary of Professor Lord Kaldor is £14,000 a year.
