§ Mr. Joel BarnettThe latest year for which actual figures are available is 1974, the base year of Table 1.1 of Cmnd. 6393. As I told the hon. Member of Guildford (Mr. Howell) on 19th January, the table showing the growth and use of resources is estimated only for complete years.
