§ Mr. FootThe following are official engagements which I carried out on Wednesday 4th February 1976 in addition to a number of other meetings. In the morning I attended a meeting of the National Economic Development Council in London. In the afternoon I had a meeting in the House of Commons with members of the Welsh TUC. Later I attended a meeting with a number of Members of Parliament and representatives of Tower Hamlets Borough Council in company with the Secretary of State for Trade, also in the House of Commons.
