HC Deb 25 June 1976 vol 913 c467W
Mr. Reid

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland what is the total planned expenditure on Scottish trunk roads over 1976–77; and what sum will be spent in the Central Region, detailing motorway expenditure in each case.

Mr McElhone

Current proposals for 1976–77 provide for expenditure on trunk roads of about £45 million—including £11.5 million on motorways—of which about £400,000—£100,000 for motorways—will be spent in the central region.
