§ Mr. Welshasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what studies have been undertaken by the Scottish Office to ascertain the suitability or otherwise of concrete safety barriers on Scottish roads.
§ Mr. McElhoneThe Transport and Road Research Laboratory is currently engaged in a study of concrete safety barriers and the Scottish Development Department is keeping in touch with this.
