§ Sir George Youngasked the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) what percentage of all moped riders in 1974 were travelling at a speed in excess of 30 mph when they were involved in a fatal or serious accident;
(2) what percentage of 16-year-old moped riders in 1974 were travelling at a speed of 30 mph when they were involved in a fatal or serious accident.
