§ Mr. Urwinasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what action is being taken to implement Resolution (75) 15, which was adopted by the Committee of Ministers on 22nd May 1975, on the provision of facilities for substantially handicapped people in the member States of the Council of Europe; and if he will make a statement.
§ Mr. HattersleyHer Majesty's Government are implementing this resolution through a variety of measures under the Chronically Sick and Disabled Persons Act 1970 and the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1967, as well as through our support of the Central Council for the Disabled.
