§ Dr. OwenThe London Boroughs Association has recently written to my Department and to the secretaries of the four Thames regional health authorities suggesting the establishment of appropriate arrangements for resolving issues of common interest to health and local authorities in London as a whole. Their request is being urgently and sympathetically considered.
