Mr. Alan Lee Wililamsasked the Secretary of State fort he Environment why he allowed the public inquiry into proposals for the A13–A12 sections of the M25 motorway to be held before the review had been completed and the results pubilshed.
§ Mr. MarksThe London Outer Orbital Road (M25) is urgently required and it would not be practicable to suspend all further highway inquiries until the review of procedures has been completed.
