§ Mr. PrenticeThe total reported outstanding debt on Government loans of the 29 countries classified by the United Nations as "least developed" amounted 281W to $2,477 million at the end of 1973—the latest period for which complete figures are available. At that time, the amount of aid debt due to the United Kingdom from these countries was £116 million, or 11.6 per cent. of the total sum at the then prevailing exchange rate.
