§ Mr. MulleyAbout £75 million, of which some £65 million represents expenditure by local education authorities in England and Wales. The latter will be financed from the general rate funds of local authorities to which the Exchequer contributes through the rate support grant. As for the remainder, Supply Estimates and cash limits will make allowance for the extra contributions at whatever level of staffing is agreed.
