§ Mr. Dalyellasked the Secretary of State for Social Services what action he intends to take as a result of the letter sent to him by the hon. Member for West Lothian, concerning the unanimous decision of the Joint Medical Staffs Committee at Bangour Hospital about their fears for the break-up of the United Kingdom health service.
