§ Mr. McCrindleasked the Secretary of State for Trade if he will publish the names of the airlines proposing to offer a compensation scheme for passengers subject to overbooking together with details of the basis of such compensation.

§ Mr. Clinton DavisA summary of the scheme was placed in the Libraries of both Houses on 13th July. I am now imformed by the Civil Aviation Authority that the following airlines have now signed the agreement to participate:
