Mr. Tugendhat

asked the Secretary of State for Energy when he proposes to answer the letter from the hon. Member for the City of London and Westminster, South dated 23rd June concerning a major problem encountered by a British company in its dealings with his Department with respect to the search for oil in the North Sea.
