asked the Secretary of State for Trade how the rates and conditions of export credit extended by the United Kingdom to COMECON countries compares with that offered by other members of the OECD.

The terms and conditions on which support is made available for exports to the COMECON countries are broadly competitive with those available from our major competitors.
