§ Mr. Barry JonesMy right hon. and learned Friend received representations from the Rhymney Valley District Chamber of Trade and Commerce pointing out the concern of small shopkeepers in South Wales about planning arrangements for the distributive trades, including Sunday Markets and other matters. A reply was sent on 8th June explaining the relevant planning controls. I shall send a copy to the hon. Member.
