asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs who is to represent Great Britain at the United Nations Water Conference in Buenos Aires in March.

Mr. Ennals

The United Nations Water Conference will be held at Mar del Plata, Argentina, from 7th to 18th March 1977 after an opening session at Buenos Aires. United Kingdom representation at the Conference will be decided nearer the time in the light of the Preparatory Committee meetings later this year.
