§ Mr. Michael Lathamasked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether he is now in a position to inform the construction industry of his detailed proposals for publishing more advance information about public sector construction programmes.
§ Mr. FreesonI propose that information should be provided about the construction content of the programmes in the annual White Papers on Public Expenditure and, so far as possible, about individual projects in the programmes. Detailed proposals will be put to the industry shortly.
