Mr. Litterick

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what representations he has received about the continuing investigations being made by the Derbyshire and other police authorities arising out of the police raid on White Meadows, Porwich Lane, Bradbourne, Derbyshire, made under Section 46 of the Firearms Act on 28th September 1975.
