"To consider the effectiveness of the arrangements to secure adequate accommodation for gipsies in England and Wales, as required by Part II of the Caravan Sites Act 1968, with especial reference to: 892WA
and to report."
- (a) the financial and administrative arrangements for the implementation of the Act; and
- (b) the provisions for the exemption of local authorities and the designation of their areas;
