§ Dr. OwenTo make disposable syringes generally available would be expensive and I do not think we would be justified in diverting the necessary expenditure from other NHS priorities. Where disposable syringes and needles are 275W essential for a diabetic patient on medical grounds they can be supplied through hospitals.
