Friend the Member for Eccles (Mr. Carter-Jones) on 9th February—[Vol. 905, c.85–6]—about the Davies Committee Report on hospital complaints procedure. I shall await the report of the Select Committee on their review of the present jurisdiction of the Health Service Commissioners for England, Wales and Scotland, before coming to any decision.
