Mr. George Cunningham

asked the Secretary of State for the Environment how many local authorities, in replying to his questionnaire for allocations under Section 105 of the Housing Act 1974, reported that they had more than 400 dwellings or properties bought from previous owners and still awaiting rehabilitation: and which were these authorities.
