The Lord AdvocateI am satisfied with the procedure under which prosecutions are now conducted in the district courts. Justice of the peace courts as such were abolished under the District Courts (Scotland) Act 1975. If, however, there is any particular part of the procedure on which the hon. Member would like comment in detail, perhaps he would write to me.
